(You can easily substitute any of the items to something else you favor just remember the calories and macros will change based on any changes you might make.)
Goya – Black Beans – Low Sodium 168 gram(s)
Truvia Baking Blend 6 gram(s)
Musselman’s Big Cup Unsweetened Applesauce 147 gram(s)
Cellucor Whey – Molten Chocolate 58 gram(s)
Hershey’s Baking Cocoa Natural Unsweetened 20 gram(s)
Hershey’s Special Dark Chocolate Chips 10 gram(s)
Dannon Light & Fit Greek – Caramel Apple Pie 73 gram(s)
1: Preheat oven to 300F
2: Line or just spray 8×8 pan or whatever sized pan you can find.
3:Put all ingredients except the chocolate chips) into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
4: Add Chocolate chips into batter and blend a little more
5: Pour batter into lined/sprayed pan and then put into the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Mine finished at 30 minutes.
