Protein Oat Cake-Cookie Recipe

I made this recipe Two different ways. 1: Peanut butter and 2: Chocolate.

Protein Oat Cookies – Chocolate

Ingredients
35 gram(s) Cellucor Whey – Molten Chocolate
40 gram(s) Old Fashioned Oats – Wegmans
10 gram(s) Hershey’s Baking Cocoa Natural Unsweetened
.25 tsp Baking Powder
56.5 gram PC Generic Applesauce Unsweetened
32 gram(s) Crazy Richards Creamy Peanut Butter
1 serving Egg white, large
10 gram(s) Truvia Baking Blend

OR

Protein Oat Cookies – Peanut Butter 
Minutes to Cook: 8  Number of Servings: 6
Macros: 98.6cal 3.6F 9.6C 8.1P 1.7fiber

Ingredients
0.25 tsp Baking Powder
1 serving Egg white, large
56.50 gram PC Generic Applesauce Unsweetened
10 gram(s) Truvia Baking Blend
40 gram(s) Old Fashioned Oats – Wegmans
32 gram(s) Crazy Richards Creamy Peanut Butter
35 gram(s) Cellucor – Peanut Butter Marshmellow
12 gram(s) Crazy Richards – Pure PB

Directions
preheat oven 350
In a bowl mix all dry together first
then add wet to dry and mix well
batter will be think, if super dry add 1oz milk (i didn’t add 1oz milk and mine came out as dry-ish cake cookies)
form into cookie sized of your choice
bake 8-10min, should be slightly soft, let cool and set

*next time i try this recipe i will add in 1oz of milk and see how the consistency changes
