I just tried Cauliflower Pizza Recipe, the crust came out very soft and a bit like mashed potatoes as a pizza crust. Overall this tasted Amazing! I cannot wait to try it again and perfect it. I was inspired to try this recipe when I saw this Video from @_amandabucci AmandaBucciFitnessand gave it a try.
-Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
-Blend 10oz (about 330g) of cauliflower in a food processor or blender
-Cook in microwave for 4 minutes
-Place entirety of cooked cauliflower onto a clean hand towel (or cheese cloth) on counter and let cool for 5 minutes (I didn’t do this step and burnt my hand, make sure to follow)
-Wring the water out of the cauliflower by wrapping it in the towel and squeezing the liquid out
-Place cauliflower dough in a bowl and mix with 14g coconut flour (can sub almond flour or oat flour, or leave out completely), 1 egg, 5-10g grated Parmesan cheese, 5-10g mozzarella cheese and seasonings of your choice (i use kernel seasonings butter, jalapeno cheddar, crushed red pepper, Italian and garlic seasoning)
– Place on baking tray sprayed with cooking spray and cook in oven for 10-15 minutes
-Top with sauce, cheese, and whatever you like!
-Place back into oven for 5-10 minutes
-Let cool, and enjoy the ENTIRE pizza 🙂
