Apple Cinnamon Oat Protein Muffins Recipe

I have a lot of oats i need to use up so i decided I would be making a bunch of recipes using Oats and/or Oat Flour. They taste great fresh from the oven and reheated!

Ingredients
0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract
100 Apples, fresh with skin
1 tsp Cinammon, ground
35 gram(s) Trutein – Cinnabun
28.30 gram(s) Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt – Vanilla
40 gram(s) Quaker Oats Old Fashioned
28.3 gram(s) Musselman’s Big Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
.5 oz AlmondBreeze – Almondmilk Cashewmilk Vanilla Unsweetened
0.25 tsp Apple Pie Spice

Directions
preheat 350
mix all dry items in a bowl
then add in the wet items
Cut up apples into small pieces and then stir in the apples
Put into a muffin pan or in the shape of large cookies and bake 22-25 min
