2 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Italian Seasoning Blend
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA)
16 gram(s) Red Star Nutritional Yeast,
16 gram(s) 4C Bread Crumbs Seasoned
16 oz Weis Ground Turkey 93/7
3 serving Egg white, large
1: Preheat oven to 415F
2: Get a baking sheet, line it with foil, spray foil with non-stick cooking spray
3: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
4: use an ice cream scoop to make unified meat balls (or you can use your hands to make desired sized meatballs) and put them on the baking sheet.
5: Put in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
For me this makes 13 meatballs with a tiny extra one.
