Enlightened Ice Cream Bar collection

Sea Salt Caramel  (gluten free, kosher, low GI, rBST-free)
Macros: 70g 80cal 1.5F 17C 7P 5fiber
Taste:  it took 8 minutes to defrost, the salted caramel taste like it is home made and is infused throughout the entire bar. It is like the ice cream is caramel and they dipped it in caramel a few times during the process of making the bar. when you get to the swirl part, the caramel flavor enhances and just makes the bar even more delightful.
Overall:  even though i had to defrost it a while, the flavor was amazing and the bar is so good, that you want to take your time in eating it. it was amazing that you could still eat it slowly without worry of it melting off the stick.


Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl (gluten free, kosher, low GI, rBST-free)
Macros: 68g 80cal 2F 16C 7P 5fiber
Taste: It taste like a dark chocolate Reese’s peanut butter cup but better and in ice cream form
Overall: i said WOW out loud, and i am in love with this flavor. I have to resist the urge to eat the entire box since i just bought it, drove home and broke open the box! (20 minute defrost time) and it was perfect consistency.


Orange Dream (gluten free, kosher, low GI, rBST-free)
Macros: 74g 70cal 2F 14C 8P 5fiber
Taste: It taste like an orange cream-sickle but the flavor it a bit light, good, just wish it was a little stronger.
Overall: i enjoyed this flavor, it was very refreshing and made me want to put it in a blender and drink it.
