Chef Robert Irvine’s FIT Elite Baked Bar Cookie Dough Review

Chef Robert Irvine’s FIT Elite Baked Bars

This is a brand new bar that is exclusively are GNC.  The Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is one of my favorite Protein bars so i wanted to see how this bar would compare to it.

You can view the review of the Fit Elite Cookies N Cream bar here.

Fit Elite Cookie Dough
Macros: 60g 180cal 5F 24C 20P 15fiber
Smells: Like a chocolate chip cookie and looks a bit like quest Cookie Dough bar but softer

Taste Unmodified: like chocolate chip cookie dough, has a slight aftertaste but its not off-putting. it looks like a quest cookie dough bar but is much softer.

Taste Heated: it became a hot pile of goop, the smell went away and so did all the flavor – eeep! 😦

Taste baked: i put it in my toaster oven for 4 min at 400F (see second picture.) The bar puffed up a bit and tasted like a plain cookie with a dough filling.

Overall: I would suggest eating the bar straight from the package (it was the best version), it is extremely soft easy to chew and though be careful you can easily get chocolate on your hands. Would i buy this again?….. not really but : If the Quest bars are too hard for you to chew or are not on sale when you stroll into GNC then i would suggest giving this a try.
