PLNT Plant Protein Powder Review

Plnt by Vitamin Shoppe Plant Protein –  Chocolate

Label advises: Dairy Free, Fish Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Wheat Free, Yeast Free, non-GMO, kosher and vegetarian

I am not sure if this is vegan. if it is not please let me know.

Macros: 28g 110cal 2F 7C 18P 1fiber

Smell: it smells like chocolate covered cherries, and the powder tasted similar.

Beltsander Tested: The powder is extremely absorbing so i had to increase milk to 3oz. It i first nuked it for 44 seconds, then 22 seconds, and then for 33 seconds until i thought it was cooked thoroughly, it could of cooked for an additional 11 seconds. Once beltsander was done it was like a pudding texture that started off a bit chalky but ended up tasting bitter sweet chocolate.

Overall: it was surprisingly good, i would just add some sweetener next time.

  2. I use Plnt Protein Powder mostly in my smoothies. And yes, it is a vegan protein powder. I love it! I’m lactose intolerant and cannot use whey or soy protein, so this is perfect for me. BTW, I would never try to cook it like Corliss did. YUCK!
