4 Ingredient Protein Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
(Attention: this is one of my older Instagram posts)
This is a quick and easy recipe to make that can fit into anyone’s macros, even poverty macros.

Macros: 1 Cookie 4.7F 5.7C 5.5P .8fiber
Ingredients:
1 large egg white
55g nut butter of your choice (I chose a hazelnut spread)
28g protein powder (I used trutein)
.5tsp baking powder.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F
mix all ingredients together and portion out to 1 Tablespoon sized cookies and then put on a nonstick baking sheet .
Bake for 5-6 minutes.
Note:
i made 5 – 1 tablespoon sized cookies that came out nice and fluffy!
