Low carb High protein Pizza Recipe

This is a wonderful and super easy low carb pizza recipe! (Attention: This one of my older Instagram posts that is a perfect poverty macro meal)

The macros: 9C 19F 38P

This is super easy and addictive to make:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 Large egg whites
  • 55g pizza/pasta sauce
  • 32g cooked chicken
  • 8g turkey pepperoni
  • 27g Your choice of cheese.

Instructions:

Mix together and then cook eggs w/ seasonings of your choice on a medium heat. Making open faced omelette (kind of like cooking it like a pancake).

While the eggs are cooking preheat the oven 400F.

After you have flipped the “egg pancake” and thoroughly cooked both sides of it. Turn off your stove top and remove the eggs from the heat.

Slide your finished “egg pancake” on to a nonstick foil covered baking sheet and put pizza sauce, toppings and cheese of choice on top of it.

Bake for 10 min then safely remove the food from the oven and enjoy. Please be careful the food will be hot.
